The second edition of Web Fight Combat, an event that next Sunday (07), had its location changed to the Sheraton Hotel in Leblon. The Barra Music concert hall, the original stage of the event, remains temporarily closed by Rio de Janeiro City Hall and, in order to avoid the risk of cancellation, the WFC management opted for the transfer. The time is maintained at 19:30 pm, with a live broadcast from Canal Combate, but no tickets will be on sale.
One of the event's promoters and responsible for the show's structure, Alexandre Gonçalves asked for the public's understanding. “We apologize to those who were interested in purchasing tickets to attend the event at Barra Music. Out of respect for the athletes, sponsors, and people involved in the show, we maintained the original date. We thank the Sheraton hotel for their receptiveness and promise a great show, just with a new stage,” he declared.
The main fight of WFC 2 features a fight for the mocha belt (up to 57 kg.) between former UFC athlete Pedro Nobre and Eduardo Kiko. Check out the full show card below.
