Protagonists of UFC Las Vegas 42th of last Saturday (13th), Max Holloway e Yair Rodriguez showed that the respect between the two athletes continued beyond the Octagon. After the former featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg) praised his opponent on a social network, the Mexican returned the kindness through his 'Instagram'.

Before exchanging pleasantries, Holloway and Rodriguez had a real battle in the main fight of UFC Vegas 42. After 25 minutes of an intense 'war', the former featherweight champion emerged victorious in the judges' unanimous decision. The triumph put Max very close to achieving a trilogy against the current champion Alexander Volkanovsky.
