This Tuesday morning (25), it was announced that the UFC will hold the  sixth event in Brazilian territory in 2013. The show is scheduled for November 15th, the national holiday of the Proclamation of the Republic. A few hours later, the likely city that will host the edition was revealed.

For the third time in 2013, the UFC will land in a new city. After the debut in the South Region, in Jaraguá do Sul at UFC Combate 2, and in the Northeast Region, in Fortaleza with TUF Brasil 2 Finale, Goiânia should host the November edition, marking the UFC's debut in the Central-West Region of Brazil.

The information has not yet been made official by the UFC, but a source from the American website MMA Fighting says that the capital of the state of Goiás is the favorite to host the event, which should be an episode of the series UFC On FOX Sports 1. If confirmed in Goiânia, the event can take place at the Goiânia Arena, a gym founded in 2002, with capacity for more than 11 thousand people, one of the most modern in the country.
