After the controversy surrounding the release of Anderson Silva, published by journalist Eduardo Ohata, another work of this genre is about to reach the Brazilian publishing market. The character of the moment is Fabio Maldonado, one of the most beloved Brazilian MMA fighters.
The Sorocaba native released this Monday, on his Facebook page, the cover of his autobiography entitled “O Caipira de Aço”, by André Martinez. The book “tells the story of the fighter’s overcoming and conquest”, according to publisher BB.
In an interview with Sexto Round, Maldonado said that the book will have bombastic revelations. “I'm going to tell you everything and more, without mincing words, without talking to anyone. Behind the scenes, everything I saw and felt, without average with any champion, without average with any friend of mine. It’s all very true, with testimonials from many fighters.”
According to the publisher, the book will be released between July and August.
