Mike Perry leaves UFC, signs with 'bare-knuckle boxing' and receives generous response from Dana White

Ultimate 'Boss' wishes luck to the former athlete, who will compete with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC)

Another athlete is switching to 'boxing without gloves'. After a bad streak in the UFC with four defeats in five fights, Mike Perry signed a multi-fight contract with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) and must work in the up to 79kg category. The information was confirmed by the athlete himself in a press release.

“They will crown me and carry me on the bloody backs of my defeated adversaries. I'm here to reach the top and make anyone hesitate to enter my world. And now, BKFC is my world,” Perry said.

Asked about the matter, after the last edition of 'Contender Series', Dana White commented on the matter. According to the agent, Perry ended his contract and decided to switch to 'bare boxing' and, even so, states that he 'wishes the best' for his former employee.

“His contract (with the UFC) had expired. Mike Perry He's a fun fighter. I mean, he's had a lot of fun fights here. I wish him the best”, said the Ultimate boss.

Mike Perry, 30 years old, has 22 fights as a mixed martial arts professional. In his career, there are 14 triumphs and eight setbacks. Coincidentally, all of the North American's defeats happened in the UFC, where he had seven positive results and eight negative results.
