“I loved participating. I was feeling like I hadn't felt in a long time. It was an incredible feeling, that people wanted to see me, wanted me to be there. They were enjoying that I was there. When I entered the ring everyone cheered for me. It was a feeling I hadn't felt in a long time. MMA in recent times was just being pressured from all sides, I had stopped taking advantage of it a long time ago. It was all a bit of a push, the last few fights were a bit of a push, so it took away the beauty of it, that feeling that you are working and giving your best in the fight, having the opportunity to work your best in training too. It was a very good experience, an incredible feeling for the whole crowd, for my partners too. The intention is to continue. My intention is to box now, but MMA is at the forefront too, but I don't want to stop doing pro-wrestling. I want to continue because it’s special, it’s an incredible feeling that I had there and I want to continue having it”, said Cigano.

The former heavyweight leader said that he has received proposals to officially fight again, but highlighted that he is in no rush to decide his future.

“I'm a fighter, I'm 37 years old, I still have a lot to give in the world of fighting. I've been having a lot of conversations in MMA, boxing and even pro-wrestling now. My best conversations have been more on the boxing side, but for now that's just it, just conversations. Nothing has been signed, we had some effective proposals, but by our decision I ended up not accepting any of them. I think this next step that I'm going to take in my career is an important step, so I don't want to do anything anyway, I want to do it well so that this challenge that I want to face will last”, revealed the former champion.
