Collector of confusion, Conor McGregor was involved in yet another controversy last weekend. The Irishman wasaccused of attacking DJ Francesco Facchinetti with a punch in a nightclub in Italy. The accusation was made by the DJ himself and his wife, present at the time of the attack, via social media.

In a recent interview with Il'Messaggero, an Italian newspaper, Francesco Facchinetti gave more details of what happened. According to the DJ, he and Conor McGregor they were chatting amicably moments before the attack occurred.
“One minute we were chatting in a friendly way, the next he advanced on me. We were drinking together and everything seemed fine, when suddenly he changed. I was a few centimeters away from him when he punched me squarely in the face with his right hand,” said the Italian.

According to Facchinetti, the blow given by the former UFC champion made his nose bleed a lot and made him fear what would happen next.
“I was stunned. There was a lot of blood and my wife started screaming hysterically. One of the security guards tried to calm her down and two people immediately jumped on McGregor and dragged him away. I couldn't believe he had hit me. I admit I was worried about what he would do next, but they got him out quickly. Everyone was shocked and upset. Nobody believed what he had done. It was so unfair and so without reason”, he concluded.
Away from the octagon since July, when lost the trilogy against Dustin Poirier and suffered a serious leg injury, Conor McGregor has been collecting confusion in recent months. The Irish recently was involved in a fight with musician Machine Gun Kelly and has also generated controversy with offensive posts on social media.
