In his second fight, Bruno Blindado was one of the highlights of the UFC Las Vegas 40, event held this Saturday (16). In the duel against Andrew Sanchez, the Brazilian 'turned things around', knocked him out in the third round and, to finish with a flourish, also won the 'Performance of the Night' award, worth US$50 thousand (around R$273 thousand) .

Blindado went through a mix of sensations in the fight that ended the preliminary card. Superior on the feet, the Tupiniquim athlete was unable to impose himself on takedown defense and saw Sanchez take him down in two rounds. However, in the third and final round, he overcame himself and, despite being tired, managed to knock out his opponent with a series of blows.
