The TUF Brasil 2 Finale fight program suffered a loss 24 hours before the start of the show. The event, which takes place next Saturday (08), in Fortaleza, lost Ronny Markes from Rio Grande do Norte. The Brazilian middleweight suffered a car accident and will not be able to fight. He would face the North American Derek Brunson.

UFC president Dana White revealed, in an interview with the North American website MMA Fighting, that Ronny suffered a concussion and injured his back and neck in the accident. As the deadline to find a new opponent for Brunson is very short, the Ultimate organization decided to cancel the duel.
