On the eve of the rematch against Douglas lima at Bellator 267, Michael Page believes that the end of the confrontation will be different this time. The English fighter minimized the Brazilian fighter's abilities and stated that the Brazilian will encounter something 'absolutely horrible' in next Friday's event (1). The statement was given in the 'half day' of the show.

“I don't think Douglas has a fast pace. I think he was always in 'gear two' throughout his career. In his last two fights, you feel like he could have done a little more. He probably could have won the fight against (Yaroslav) Amosov, but he just sat in gear two,” said Michael.
The English fighter showed confidence in his potential and believes he can end the fight quickly, if the Brazilian tries something different.
“If he decides to do something abnormal based on what he's been doing and starts to advance, he's going to find something horrible, absolutely horrible and that's only going to make the fight end 10 times faster,” teased the 'MVP'.
In the first duel between the two athletes, in May 2019, the Brazilian emerged victorious with a knockout in the second round. Since then, the 'MVP' has won five consecutive victories and could secure an unprecedented fight for the welterweight (under 77,1kg) belt if he wins. The British fighter has a record of 19 triumphs and just one setback in professional MMA.
