Canadian Patrick Cote will undergo surgery on his right knee to recover from a meniscus injury suffered in his UFC-90 fight against the Brazilian Anderson Silva
The fighter's manager, Stephane Patry, confirmed to Sportsnet that Cote will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee next week after a short vacation in Cancun, Mexico.
“Cote will undergo meniscus surgery as soon as he returns from Cancun and if everything goes well, he will return to training in 6 weeks,” said the businessman.
