A fight between two athletes ranked among the top ten in the featherweight category has just been scheduled for UFC 164. According to the website MMAWeekly, Erik Koch and Dustin poirier will face each other at the event on August 31st, in Milwaukee (USA).
The two fighters are the same age, 24 years old, and have similar records. While Koch won 13 fights and lost two in his career, Poirier has 13 wins and three losses. Both athletes are also coming off defeats, Erik to Ricardo Lamas and Dustin to Cub swanson.
UFC 164 takes place on August 31st, at the Bradley Center, in Milwaukee (USA). In addition to the duel between Erik Koch and Dustin poirier, two other clashes have already been announced for fight night: Chad Mendes vs. Clay guida and Brandon Vera vs. Ben Rothwell.
