“My dream is to mix up the rules a little. I want us, MMA fighters, to be able to face boxers in a fair way, which also gives us an advantage”, said Vitor.

The fighter then explained his idea. For the MMA veteran, an important part is changing the clinch, opening up more possibilities for grappling.

“The boxing and MMA clinch is different. I wish I could grab the neck, hold the wrists. I'm not talking about spinning punches, because boxers don't absorb those attacks well. I would like to do legendary fights where you can bring the 'grab' part, make the clinch freer. It would be something that would intrigue the fans, the fights would be incredible”, described the Brazilian.
