Executioner of José Aldo and featherweight champion between 2017 and 2019, Holloway is coming off a historic performance at the start of the season. In January, the former category leader took action against Calvin kattar and overpowered his rival by points with a performance marked by aggression and superiority.

Today, Max occupies first place in the division, behind only the champion, Alexander Volkanovsky, by whom he was defeated on two occasions, in balanced confrontations. The Hawaiian, who recently recovered from an injury, has a commitment scheduled against Yair Rodriguez, on November 13th.
