Threatened with a knockout by Jake Paul, Dana White responds to the YouTuber's provocation

President of Ultimate takes the digital influencer's attack with good humor, who faces Tyron Woodley this Sunday

O youtuber Jake Paul has been gaining more and more space in news about martial arts. Provocative and irreverent, the young man was once again mentioned by Dana White, president of Ultimate, who responded to a direct provocation from the digital influencer. This week, the new boxer stated that he would knock out the UFC 'big boss' if he met him in person.

“Actually, it makes sense. I'm 52 years old. I'm the average (age) of the guys he faces (laughs). I can understand him wanting to face me. (…) Get in line. There are a lot of people who want to attack me (laughs)”, said White, with good humor, at the press conference after the UFC Las Vegas 35.

Even caused by youtuber, Dana avoided controversy and stated that she understood the influencer’s actions. According to the Ultimate leader, attitude is part of the sport.

“That’s part of the business. I say this all the time. We're not in the 'nice guy' business. It's a bad reality. It’s part of the game”, he concluded.

This Sunday (29), Paul will make another presentation on the rules of boxing. The 24-year-old will once again compete against a former MMA champion. Former UFC welterweight leader (up to 77kg.), Tyron woodley is the fighter of the moment to try to end the hyping sobre or youtuber.
