After the impressive victory over Michael chiesa No. UFC 265 this Saturday (07), Vincent Luque made a point of challenging the welterweight champion (up to 77,1kg) Kamaru Usman. In an interview still in the octagon, the Brazilian fighter asked for a duel against the Nigerian, who promptly responded in his 'Twitter'.

“I come here, put my heart out there and try to win. Kamaru (Usman), after you get past Colby (Covington), I think it's our turn. I'm the only guy up there that you haven't fought yet. Let’s go”, challenged the fighter from Brasília.

Even without being present at the gym in Houston, the division leader showed that he was attentive to the event and promptly responded to the Brazilian on his 'Twitter'.

“You looked great, my man. I think we can dance soon”, replied the category champion.

Leader of the division since March 2019, Usman already has his fifth belt defense scheduled. On November 6th, at UFC 269, the 'Nigerian Nightmare' will face the North American for the second time Colby covington. The category champion has a history of 19 triumphs and only one setback.
