Vicente Luque reveals interest in fighting Nate Diaz in case of victory over Michael Chiesa

On the eve of facing Michael chiesa, Vincent Luque already has plans drawn up for the future if he wins this Saturday's challenge (7), on the main card of the UFC 265. During the pre-event press conference, held last Thursday (5), the Brazilian showed interest in a possible fight against Nate diaz.

“I will always be able to face Nate diaz. I think it's the type of fight that will always excite me, will always make me train harder. If this fight happens, I already said it before. He likes five rounds, so we can fight for six, seven rounds, however many rounds he wants. It would be a pleasure for me”, said Luque.

Before thinking about facing Nate diaz, However, Vincent Luque has a very important fight ahead of him against Michael chiesa. The Brazilian assured that he is focused on this Saturday's duel, but stated that he intends to climb into the Octagon once again by the end of the year.

“I need to focus on this fight first, I have Chiesa in front of me. I don't know how I'm going to get out of this fight, if I'm going to be healthy. But if so, I would like to fight again this year,” he said.

Vincent Luque e Michael chiesa face each other on the main card of UFC 265, this Saturday (7), in Houston (USA). The main fight of the event features a dispute for the interim heavyweight belt (up to 120,2 kg) between Derrick Lewis e Cyryl Gane.
