Scott Coker shows concern after confusion between Pitbull and McKee: 'I think we're going to have to ask for more security'

After the confusion between Patrick Pitbull e A. J. McKee at the press conference of Bellator 263, the organization's president Scott Coker expressed his concern that the incident would happen again. The president acknowledged that he will need to increase the number of security guards at next Saturday's event (31) and asked the fighters to remain calm to prevent them from getting hurt before the fight. The statement was given in the 'half day' of the show.

“When they started doing this, I said, 'OK, this could get bad really fast' and I felt like I had to keep them apart. Security came in and I think, honestly, we're going to have to have more security on Saturday night. To be honest, I think we will have to ask for more security”, declared the president of the organization.

“I just don’t want the fighters to get hurt. Nobody's getting paid today, right? The fight takes place on Saturday, so everyone will only get paid on Saturday”, concluded Coker.
