After being cut from the TUF 17 Finale due to an injury, Demetrious Johnson will defend the flyweight belt at UFC on FOX 8, July 27th. His opponent remains the same as the previously canceled fight: John Moraga.

Johnson has a record of 17 wins, two losses and one draw. “Mighty Mouse”, as he is known, is undefeated in four fights – since he moved down to the flyweight division. His opponent, John Moraga, has a record of 13 wins and just one loss. The North American has won seven consecutive victories – two of them in Ultimate.

The second defense of the title in the recently opened 57 kg division will be the main fight of the eighth edition of UFC on FOX. The fight night is scheduled to take place on July 27th, at Key Arena, in Seattle (USA).
