UFC on FOX 7: Daniel Cormier receives 180 days of medical suspension

This Monday (22), the California State Athletic Commission released the list of medical suspensions for UFC on FOX 7, held last Saturday (20). With a hook for six months, due to a suspected fracture in a finger on his hand, the heavyweight Daniel Cormier tops the list.

Despite leaving the Octagon with victory over Frank mir, Cormier had swelling in the middle finger of his right hand. He will only be able to compete again after authorization from an orthopedic doctor.

Yes, Hugo Wolverine, the only Brazilian athlete in the event, received a 45-day suspension for the knockout suffered against TJ Dillashaw. Furthermore, the bantamweight will have to spend 30 days without any type of training.

Darren Uyenoyama: suspension for 45 days; 30 days without contact;

Jorge masvidal: 180-day suspension; no contact for 180 days or until medically cleared due to a fractured right thumb;
