“Unfortunately, it is something that is plaguing the entire world and Brazil in particular. I do have a brother on my mother's side, who went to Curitiba with me. I was four years old, he was two years old. My aunt raised not only me, but him as well. All the attention and affection I had, he also had, like all my other brothers, but, unfortunately, he ended up getting involved with the wrong things”, said Anderson, to SporTV.

Anderson's brother's name was not revealed, but the greatest champion in UFC history said he is recovering well and lamented the drug problem, present throughout the world.

PUBLICITY:

“There are so many families who end up suffering and having problems with this. I remember my aunt suffering a lot about the situation, her crying alone in the corner, thinking she had failed my brother. But it wasn't her fault. Drugs are everywhere, so are bad companies. Thank God, now he is recovering, and I hope he understands how important it is for him to recover, because he has a family who loves him and who will always be willing to help him in any situation, which is what we always do. We did. I'm the 'Spider' of MMA, I'm not the Spider-Man from the comics who can save everyone”, he concluded.
