Werdum used his social networks to provoke Fedor and make the request to Scott Coker, president of the organization.

“If Fedor is the GOAT (English for 'greatest of all time'), he needs to get revenge on me. Hey, I'm ready to go to Russia. Fedor was never the GOAT, because I killed the GOAT. Scott Coker, let’s go”, wrote the Brazilian.

According to journalist John Morgan, from the website MMAJunkie, the PFL, an event with which Fabricio Werdum has a contract, he would be willing to release the Brazilian if the rematch is actually offered.

Fedor Emelianenko takes action in the first event in Bellator history on Russian soil, scheduled for October 23rd. The organization has not yet defined its opponent. In addition to Werdum, names like Overeem, Cigano and Josh Barnett have already declared interest in the fight.
