“McGregor is very good at rematches and, for me, he will get the victory. Probably in the second round, with a knockout”, said GSP in an interview with the North American channel 'Tristar Gym'.
The third duel between Dustin poirier and Connor McGregor promises to make history in mixed martial arts. The fight will also be of great importance for the lightweight division (up to 70,3kg). The winner of the match can compete for the category belt against the current champion, Charles of the Bronx.
After two clashes, with one victory for each side, McGregor and Poirier will have the chance to break the tie. In the first duel, still in the featherweight category (up to 65,7kg), the Irishman emerged victorious with a knockout in the first round. In the second fight, in January of this year, it was the North American's turn to take revenge, beating the European fighter using the same method, in the second round.
