Louis Smolka suffers injury and is withdrawn from fight against Sean O'Malley at UFC 264

Willing to enter the top-15 of the Ultimate bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg.), Sean O'Malley will have to adjust your game to the UFC 264, which is scheduled to take place on July 10th. Escalated to face Louis Smolka, he saw his opponent suffer an injury for undisclosed reasons and is now waiting for a new opponent. The information was released by journalist Ariel Helwani.

'Sugar', as he is known, recovered from his first defeat and knocked out the Brazilian Thomas almeida in the third round, in a fight valid for UFC 260. Touted as one of the biggest promises in the division, O'Malley was discovered on the 'Contender Series' and, since his debut in Ultimate, has won three 'Performance of the Night' bonuses. Currently, he has a record of 13 triumphs and one setback in his career.
