The climate of rivalry continues to influence Deiveson Figueiredo for revenge against Brandon Moreno. At a press conference at UFC 263, held last Thursday (10), the Brazilian even pushed the Mexican during the face-offs and promised a quick outcome to the duel. According to the flyweight champion (up to 56,7kg), he will knock out his opponent in the first round and continue with the division belt.

“(Brandon) Moreno talks a lot and I’m the guy who’s going to shut him up. I'm going to knock him out in the first round. Watch. I’m going to knock him out in the first round”, said Deiveson, while being booed by part of the public present at the press conference.

The 'God of War', as he is known, faces Brandon Moreno for the second time. At the first opportunity, the two fought a true 'war' that ended in a draw after five rounds. Now, the champion promises a new intense conflict against the Mexican.

"I am one entertainer for these guys. On Saturday I'm going to put on a show for you, knocking this guy out. I’m going to put on a show and make you love me”, concluded the fighter.

At 33 years old, Deiveson is heading towards his 22nd appearance in the sport. With just one defeat in his career, the Brazilian will defend the UFC flyweight (up to 56,7kg) belt for the third time. Brandon, 27, will be fighting his 26th career. Without losing for more than two years, the fighter seeks to end 'Daico's' reign this weekend.
