A car accident involving five vehicles took Frank Camacho out of his commitment at UFC 263. Initial opponent of Matt frevola, the lightweight (up to 70,3kg.) suffered injuries to his ribs and spine and ended up being cut from the show taking place this Saturday (12). In order not to lose a fight, Ultimate acted quickly and, according to 'MMA Junkie', climbed terrance mckinney for the show.

Although he is in no condition to perform, Camacho took to social media to reassure fans following the incident. From the hospital, the fighter updated his health status.
“Thank you to everyone who reached out to my team and I. We are very grateful. Unfortunately, I was involved in a multi-vehicle collision. (…) I got a little injured and I'm heartbroken to leave the fight on Saturday, for UFC 263”, wrote the athlete, on his Instagram account.
Despite regretting not playing this weekend, Camacho celebrated the fact that he did not suffer serious injuries. The athlete also apologized to Frevola for leaving the fight.
“I’m grateful I made it out in one piece and this is just a detour in my career. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience the accident caused to my opponent (Matt) and the UFC. I would like to thank everyone for their concern at this time”, he concluded.
This weekend, Frank would try to recover from an unstable moment experienced within Ultimate. The fighter, today, has suffered four defeats in his last five appearances.
Last minute replacement, terrance mckinney will make his Ultimate debut less than a week after his last fight. The athlete faced and beat Michael Irizarry on the 4th, playing for LFA.
