According to the North American press, the fighters paid around US$120 million (approximately R$604 million). Even at 44 years old, Floyd was a favorite against the inexperienced youtuber. The multi-time boxing champion, however, was far from having a historic performance. Even with an advantage in the clash, the veteran was unable to put on the expected show and left the ring without convincing.

Underdog, Logan ended the duel with a 'symbolic victory', as he managed to endure eight rounds against one of the biggest names in boxing history. Younger and visibly heavier, the digital influencer landed good blows on his opponent, but not enough to cause considerable damage.

After the confrontation, Mayweather praised his opponent and called his career into question. In an interview after the fight, the athlete hinted that the challenge against Logan may have been his last in the 'noble art'.
