after winning Gina Mazany No. UFC 262, Priscila Pedrita plans to climb a few more steps in the flyweight division (up to 56,7kg). The Brazilian spoke about her calmness for last Saturday's duel (15) and stated that she hopes to soon get a rematch against the category champion, Valentina Shevchenko. The statement was made at the press conference after the show.

“I trained for this. I've never felt so calm for a fight, because I had five months of hard work, sweat and sacrifice. We trained for five months to spend 15 minutes there. I couldn’t let so much hard work be in vain,” said the Brazilian.
The Brazilian spoke about how she is adapting to her new academy and set bold goals for her future in the organization.
“Now I feel confident that I am in good hands and have special training for each fight. I'm sure that from now on it will only be victory. Soon I will be in the top 15, then top 10 and soon I will be ready to face Valentina (Shevchenko)”, concluded the fighter.
Hired by Ultimate in 2018, Priscila has a record of 10 wins and three losses. The Brazilian started in the organization with three consecutive defeats but rehabilitated herself and now achieved her second consecutive victory.
The 32-year-old fighter has already had the opportunity to share the octagon with the current division champion. On that occasion, in February 2018, Pedrita was submitted by Valentina in a fight that was marked by the 'hit' applied by 'Bullet' to the Brazilian.
