Four days in advance of the UFC Las Vegas 26, welterweight (up to 77kg.) alex morono will face Donald Cerrone this Saturday (8). The fighter agreed to replace Diego Sanchez, who was scheduled for the attraction, but was fired from Ultimate the week of the fight. The information was released by 'MMA fighting'.

In Ultimate since 2016, alex morono comes from a moment of oscillation. In his last appearance, the North American was defeated by the former champion Anthony Pettis, in December 2020. Currently, he has a record of 18 wins, seven losses and one draw.

O UFC Las Vegas 26 must be headed by the fight between straws (up to 52,1kg.) Marina Rodriguez e Michelle Waterson, although the organization has not confirmed the full event card.
