Up in arms with the UFC, Jon Jones decided to put a pause on the differences with a moment of relaxation. In a video published on his account on 'Twitter', the fighter signaled a future agreement with the company's president, Dana White, with whom he discussed virtually in recent days. The athlete asks for greater financial appreciation from the company.

In the video released (see below), two men appear hugging each other. Thus, Jones suggests that, in fact, he and the UFC can reach a common denominator to, finally, make the fighter's debut at heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) official.
The confusion between the light heavyweight legend (up to 93kg.) and Ultimate began after Dana provoked the North American, suggesting that the athlete should fear a confrontation against Francis Ngannou. At the time, the French-Cameroonian had just run over Stipe Miocic and win the heavyweight belt.
Following the press conference after the show held at the end of March, Jones did not like White's statement at all and began venting his anger on social media. The fighter even asked to be released from the company, but regretted it moments later.
A few months ago, Dana made it public that 'Bones' would debut in the division in the title fight. After the massacre promoted by Ngannou, however, the boss changed his speech, even considering Derrick Lewis as the new champion's first challenger.
Considered by many to be the best MMA representative of all time, Jon has not performed since February 2020. In his last commitment, the American hit Dominick reyes in what marked his last title defense in the division. Months later, the fighter abandoned the title and began his preparation to play in the top group.
