On 'World April Fools' Day', 'celebrated' on April 1st, Jon Jones and Dana White played a prank on netizens. Even with the relationship shaken, due to pending bureaucracies regarding the possible super fight between Francis Ngannou and 'Bones', the athlete, together with the promoter, joined in the fun. In your 'account'Twitter', the former light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg.) stated that he had met with the boss, which 'confirmed'.

“I just had a great dinner and the best conversation of my life with Dana (White). We reached an agreement. The date will be announced soon,” he wrote.Bones'.
Noticing Jones' joke, the agent didn't take long to respond. Entering the game, the 'boss' 'confirmed' the episode, seeking to follow up on the prank.
“Amazing night, brother,” Dana posted.
At the end of the day, Jon then confirmed that it was all just an April 1st joke. On the same social network, the legend denied what happened.
“Hope you guys had a good April Fools' Day,” he wrote.Bones'.
Although they participated in the prank with internet users, the relationship between Jon and White is not the best. The situation between the athlete and the agent worsened after Dana publicly provoked Jones, following the UFC 260, suggesting that North Americans should be afraid to face Francis Ngannou.
Upon hearing the 'boss' speak at the post-event press conference, the American tried to shoot his boss. The former light heavyweight champion's anger was such that the fighter even asked to be released.
Since August 2020, Jones has been preparing for his debut at heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) in Ultimate. The hope is to debut in the dispute for the title of the group that now belongs to the French-Cameroonian 'giant'.
