A declaration of Mike Tyson angered the current UFC strawweight champion (up to 52,1kg). After betting on the victory of Rose namajunas against the Chinese UFC 261, the boxing legend provoked the wrath of Weili Zhang, who did not spare the former world champion. In an interview with 'China Global Television Network', the athlete countered the boxer.

“Tyson has no right to comment, because he doesn't know anything about MMA. He doesn't know anything about me. I will not be affected. Instead, I will do my best. I suggest that Tyson tests himself in MMA”, he said to Zhang.
On April 24, Weili will put his belt on the line for the second time. In 2020, the champion defended her title by beating the former category leader, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, in one of the best fights in the history of women's MMA.
No UFC 261, the Chinese will try to maintain her position and, once again, will have a former group champion in front of her. This time, Zhang will need to be superior to Rose namajunas, which is trying to recover the throne lost in 2019, when it was severely beaten by Jessica Stacker.
At 31 years old, the Chinese woman now has a record of 22 fights as a professional in MMA. The athlete suffered only one defeat in her career, precisely on her debut, in 2013.
