Ultimate sent a fight between two Brazilian athletes to the UFC 262, which takes place on May 15th. Representative of the middleweights (up to 83,9kg.), Ronaldo Jacare e André Sergipano will exchange forces in the show headlined by Charles of the Bronx e Michael chandler. The information was first released by 'Combate'.

Without winning since November 2018, Jacaré is going through his worst phase in the organization. In his last three fights, the middleweight was defeated by Kevin holland, Jan Blachowicz e Jack hermansson. A few years ago, Ronaldo was considered one of the main members of the division, coming close to challenging for the belt on two occasions.
Former Strikeforce champion, Jacaré will enter the octagon under pressure from the negative result. If he suffers a new setback, the Brazilian could be included on the feared Ultimate layoff list, which recently included names like junior gypsy e alistair overeem.
Revealed by 'Contender Series', André has a record of 20 wins and four losses. In his three Ultimate fights, he still doesn't know what it's like to end up with a negative result. In his last fight, in September 2020, he submitted Bartosz Fabinski in the first round..
On his social networks, Sergipano, who is actually from Minas Gerais, celebrated the agreement. To date, this is the most important fight in the Minas Gerais player's career in Ultimate.
“May 15th, UFC 262, we’re going to fight,” said the fighter.
