Youtuber promises to run over Ben Askren and Nate Diaz to become 'unrecognizable' to McGregor

After confirming a confrontation with Ben Askren under boxing rules and showing himself open to a fight against Nate diaz, Jake Paul continues to seek a confrontation against Conor McGregor. In an interview with 'MMA Junkie', the phenomenon of YouTube stated that he intends to put on a show in the next performances so that he can win the right to face the Irishman. The athlete, however, understands that the work needs to be done well.

“We’ll see what happens after this fight (against Askren). Floyd Mayweather challenged me last week. I still think about that fight against McGregor. Nate diaz He said he was willing to face me. (…) This is just the beginning of an illustrious career. Ben Askren is just the first on the list,” said the youtuber.

Acidic as usual, the digital influencer didn't miss the opportunity to poke fun at Conor. Since his great victory in the event led by Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr., in November 2020, Paul has been pushing for a confrontation with Conor McGregor. Understanding that the 'Notório' has a contract with the UFC, Jake poked the former MMA champion.

“I think the fight against Nate diaz will happen first. I think Conor needs some wins. Conor is owned by Dana White. He needs your approval. Nate only has two more fights in the UFC (on his current contract). So if he does them and gets free, Nate diaz e Jake Paul will happen in 2022. This is the conversation that is happening now”, he confirmed.

O youtuber believes a big performance against Nate could get McGregor's attention. Diaz and the Irishman have a history in MMA, having faced each other twice, in 2016, with one victory each. At the time, the fighters created a great rivalry.

“When I win Nate diaz and embarrass him, I'll make myself 'unstoppable' to McGregor, because I'll say, 'listen, you little Irishman, I beat the guy who beat you. So, you have to face me.' That's why it's so exciting. It’s one step at a time,” he concluded.

In November 2020, Paul made his second boxing appearance. In the confrontation against ex-NBA, Nate Robinson, the youtuber he promoted a true massacre and knocked out his rival in the second round.
