The English Michael Bisping is close to challenging for the UFC middleweight belt. Scheduled to face the Brazilian Vitor belfort in the main fight of UFC Sao Paulo, an event that takes place next Saturday (19), he guarantees the opportunity to fight for the title if he wins the duel. Australian naturalized Cuban Hector Lombard again asked for the chance to face Bisping. In an interview with the “MMA Hour” program, the former Bellator champion stated that he is trying to force a confrontation between them.
“I’m really trying to push this fight because I’m not sure it’s going to happen,” Lombard said. Willing to provoke his rival, Hector didn't miss the opportunity to respond to Bisping's criticisms about his height.
“He said I need a ladder to face him, but let’s see if I really need it. He said I'm short, but one thing you can be sure of: he has the smallest hands ever. Like girl’s hands,” he snapped.
