Performance below expectations junior gypsy in defeat to Cain Velazquez, at UFC 155, still generates repercussions The Brazilian revealed, this weekend, that he was not mentally well in the duel and that this hindered his performance in the fight for the heavyweight belt.
“I was feeling good physically, but mentally I had some problems. It's not an excuse because I lost. I didn't fight, I don't know why, I just defended myself. I don’t know what happened to me, I didn’t put my game into practice”, said Cigano, in an interview with the North American website MMA Junkie.
The former champion also asked for an immediate rematch against Velasquez, but considers the possibility difficult due to the organization's commercial interests and that Velasquez may also be interested in another challenge.
“The fans would love to see this rematch now, and so would I. I don’t know if Velasquez would accept, or if it would be interesting for the UFC, but I could fight in two months,” he added.

Unhurried. You lost badly, now go study what went wrong, face some opponents as training and then call Cain for a rematch, otherwise you'll get hit again!!
