One of the UFC star's coaches, Holly holm, Brazilian Rafael 'Barata' Freitas was arrested in Albuquerque (USA), accused of raping a student in a private class. The alleged crime would have happened about a month ago by the professor at Jackson-Wink MMA and Gracie Barra, located in the state of New Mexico. The information was released by 'Albuquerque journal'.

The victim – a woman –, whose identity was withheld – told the local police about what had happened on November 7th. According to the report recorded by the Metropolitan Court of Benalillo County, Rafael sexually abused the victim in a private class session held at the victim's home. Before the act, the student would have asked the teacher to massage her legs, as she felt cramps.
According to the report, the woman said she drank a glass of wine and then had breakfast, accompanied by orange juice. She stated that, after a trip to the bathroom, she observed that, upon returning, 'Roach' was pouring another glass of juice. Still according to the statement, before drinking the refreshment, she added a dose of whiskey and ginger (a type of soft drink, which can accompany drinks).
After drinking the drink, the woman says she started to feel drowsy and, in the meantime, Freitas massaged her legs. Shortly afterwards, the victim reportedly 'blacked out' and woke up about an hour later without his underwear. Rafael was no longer there.
To understand the situation, the student decided to analyze the records from her security cameras. When observing the images, the woman could see Freitas adding something to her drink and mixing the juice. When she became unconscious, the victim saw that the teacher had performed oral sex and forced the unconscious woman to touch her genitals.
Responsible for Jackson-Wink MMA, James Hallinan denied that 'Barata' was an employee of the gym.
“All I have been told is that he is not an employee of Jackson Wink Academy, and never has been. If the website has not been updated, it is being done now,” he said.
