In the fight, which was the main attraction of the event, Alex showed all his standing fighting skills. He shook his rival with a kick to the head and achieved victory with a left cross. Powell fell face down on the ground, completely unconscious 4m04s into the fight.

With the victory, Poatan has his third MMA victory in four fights. He had given up fighting in the sport to continue his career at Glory, where he was champion in two categories.
