The Brazilian Paulo thiago returns to the octagon this Saturday morning (Brasília time) to face South Korean Dong Hyun Kim at UFC on FUEL 6. And as motivation for the duel, the welterweight, who is also a BOPE police officer in Brasília, received special support.
The band Tihuana, which performs the song “Tropa de Elite”, recorded a special version to honor Thiago. The song has always accompanied the Brazilian during his UFC appearances, but this Saturday he will have a version made exclusively for him (see the video below).
“I was really cool when we decided to make the special version for Paulo thiago who became a great friend of the band. We had the opportunity to meet him in São Paulo a few times. I hope he likes the tribute that Tihuana did for him” said Roman, the band’s bassist.
