the duel between Michael Bisping e Vitor belfort was published in several press vehicles last week, but soon after the Brazilian fighter denied that the duel had been arranged. However, this Thursday (01), the British athlete stated that if the fight were offered he would accept the duel immediately.
“I have great respect for Vitor, who is a tough fighter. I want to fight for the title and I have to face the best fighters, and Vitor is one of them. If they offer me, I am more than up for this challenge”, said Bisping, in an interview with the ESPN channel, in the United States.
Belfort and Bisping, interestingly, last fought at UFC 152, an event that took place on September 22nd. The Brazilian ended up submitted by Jones Jones in the light heavyweight title fight, while the Englishman recovered from the defeat to Chael Sonnen by beating Brian Stann, on points.
