Known for the aggressiveness with which he conducts his confrontations inside the octagon, Mike Perry is close to facing one of the most decorated opponents of his career. On November 21st, the North American will face off against the former lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg), Robbie Lawler in a fight that promises a lot of action. But anyone who thinks Perry is satisfied is mistaken. Even before facing Lawler, the fighter is already targeting another strong rival.

“After I defeat Robbie Lawler, let's go, Conor McGregor. A stand-up fight. Everyone wants to see it”, wrote Mike, on his Twitter account.
In 2020, Mike has been a constant target of news inside and outside the Octagon. In June, the fighter surprised show up for a UFC fight without taking coaches. In his corner was only his girlfriend, Latory Gonzalez. In the duel against Mickey gall, the North American won the judges' decision.
A few days after the commitment against Gall, Perry had a regrettable episode in a bar in Texas (USA). At the time, the athlete was accused of attacking patrons of the establishment and, after the action, he promised to undergo psychological treatment.
While challenging Conor, the Irishman – who has also caused uproar outside the octagon, recently accused of sexual abuse – is negotiating a fight against Dustin poirier. The athletes have already agreed and now it's up to the UFC to confirm the date.
After I beat @Ruthless_RL , let's go Conor. @TheNotoriousMMA a stand up fight everybody will want to see. https://t.co/XRfCcuuWKQ
