The incident happened in 2019, when Sosoli allegedly tried to prevent a man from entering the establishment. According to the news, the victim would have reacted until, at one point, she was hit by a punch from Ben, which resulted in a broken jaw. The heavyweight's lawyer used the argument that the accuser was drunk and was threatening to stab the security guards.

According to the information, the athlete pleaded guilty and will serve 11 months in prison until he is eligible for parole. The sentence imposed on Sosoli, according to the judge in the case, Gavan Meredith, is fair because he is a professional fighter fully aware of the consequences of a blow.

Ben joined the UFC in 2019, fighting against Greg hardy. Discovered by 'Dana White's Contender Series', the Australian, at first, had lost in his debut, but had the result reversed after his rival used an asthma bomb during the break of one of the rounds.
