As soon as he was announced as the next challenger for the Jon Jones, the controversial Chael Sonnen once again began his arsenal of provocations against his rival.
In an interview with FUEL TV's UFC Tonight program, Sonnen stated that Jones should have switched categories and moved up to heavyweight as soon as he announced that he would fight at light heavyweight.

"I don't know. Jones shouldn't have been pressured into this. I did everything I could to warn this guy. I told him, 'Hey, I'm going to the division' and he should have packed up and left. He talked about going to heavyweight and he should have done that because now he waited a long time and the 'guy' arrived”, said Sonnen.
Before the fight between Jones and Chael, the athletes will face each other in another way: they will be coaches of the 17th season of TUF, the UFC's reality show. And, as expected, the loudmouth talked about how he will work with his students in the program.

“Listen to what you need to know. This show has some very talented young people. I'm going to take 50% of them and I'm going to teach them how to fight. The other half will learn how to be selfish, how to be an irresponsible brat like Jones. The good news is that when it's all over I'm sure coach Jones will have a party afterwards.”
