After the spectacular performance of Anderson Silva before Stephan bonnar at UFC Rio 3, an event held this Saturday night, at the HSBC Arena, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro, the organization's president, Dana White, was full of praise for the Brazilian.
In the press conference after the event, White even said that the “Spider” is the greatest fighter of all time among all combat sports.
“This guy is incredible, he is certainly the best fighter of all time, in fact, he is the greatest athlete of all combat sports in the world,” said White. “People who don’t know the Stephan bonnar, but he is tough. Bonnar was never submitted or knocked out, but he ended up being knocked down in devastating fashion. Anderson is really devastating”, added Dana.
In the main fight of UFC Rio 3, an event held this Saturday (13), in the capital of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson had a sensational performance. The champion of the middleweight category moved up to the light heavyweight division and was not aware of Stephan bonnar. During the fight, the Brazilian lowered his guard, dodged, accepted his rival's blows without reacting and still knocked out the North American in a merciless manner.

For Anderson Silva to be the greatest of all time, he should face Cigano, Jon Jones, Cain and Lyoto. Then, if I win, I'll shut up and resign myself, if not, it'll never happen.

the guy is really good, this guy they say he isn't and that's because they don't like him and don't want to see the real thing, if he were American everyone would say he's cool and that's why he's not and the Brazilians themselves don't like him hehe, The fighters say he's the best and everything else and these guys, what are they talking about? They don't understand anything about fighting, they just started learning about fighting because of the spider, if the guy is famous he's good but if he's not famous that's because he's bad, that's because they don't understand anything about fighting.
I agree with Dana White, Anderson surpasses everyone, and will remain at the top for a long time.
Ridiculous fight, this Bonnar is pathetic…he looked like a desperate 10 year old child punching aimlessly, without the slightest technique…I would really like to see Anderson letting his guard down in front of Jon Jones.
Anderson is not the best, but certainly at the moment he surpasses many.. now better than Minotauro who knocked out Bob sapp.. (Fight of the century – Bob sapp. VS Minotauro)
Minotauro just didn't get beaten because he was lucky, I know what I'm saying, just pay attention to the fight you'll see, because if Bob Sapp stayed for another 5 minutes he would crush Minotauro, don't disagree because just watch and see the fight that I have watched countless times; but Anderson is better….

That's ridiculous!!! This generation of MMA “know-it-alls” is a disgrace. They have been following the sport since Globo started broadcasting it (and by the way, in an absurdly shameful way, with Galvão Bueno completely incapacitated, extrapolating in every way in his extremely uninformed, ridiculous and “dumb” comments.) and they judge themselves. still able to discuss at a level with those who work and have extensive background and experience on the subject. When they say that Anderson Silva is the best in the world, I have no doubt that they are blind and crazy. He never was, is not and will never be the best fighter in the world. He is nothing more than the champion in his category within the UFC.
