The Bahian, a member of the first edition of TUF Brasil, debuts in the Ultimate bantamweight division against Reuben Duran. The duel takes place at TUF 16, finale, an event that takes place on December 1st, in the United States.
As soon as the duel against Duran was confirmed, Hugo spoke of his expectation of returning from the UFC. "I am really happy. It was a great birthday present. I was dying to fight again and I'm going to end the year with a bang”, said the fighter, who turned 30 in September 2012.
