Since appearing in the first season of the UFC on Ilha da Luta, in July, Khamzat Shimaev became a rising MMA star. The Swede, who impressed in the octagon by winning two fights in a span of ten days, won over many fans and even Dana White, president of the organization, due to his wild style, but he also stands out outside of it.

Chimaev, who has an appointment scheduled against Gerald meerschaert, next Saturday (19), at UFC Las Vegas 11, was seen doing a good deed. According to channel registration MMAnytt, Chimaev, upon seeing a homeless man, approached him, exchanged a few words with him, offered him a certain amount of money and then took him to a snack bar (see the video below).

The duel against Gerald meerschaert will be the third contested by Khamzat Shimaev in the UFC. If favoritism is confirmed, Dana White revealed that she intends to arrange a fight between the promise and the veteran Demian Maia.
