Confessed voter of the President of the United States, Colby covington was left 'in a vacuum' after trying to kiss Donald Trump's hand in the video in which the head of state promoted the welterweight (under 77kg) fight against Tyron woodley, which takes place this Saturday (19). The images were published by 'Caos' on their social networks.

The episode happened after Trump praised the athlete and confirmed his support for Covington in the confrontation against the former linear champion of the division, this weekend.
“I’m going to watch Colby. I'm a big fan. He is a great winner, a champion. It's going to be a great night, I wish you all the luck. Good luck, champion”, said the president.
After the speech, the fighter thanked him for the speech and, not satisfied with a simple greeting, tried to kiss Donald's hand, who, in an evasive attitude, did not allow the action.
Fight against Woodley
The duel against Tyron woodley promotes an important meeting for the welterweight category. Coming from defeats, the athletes will try to get back on the path to victory and can guarantee a title shot if they win convincingly.
Division champion between 2016 and 2019, Woodley is not going through the best moment in his career. After losing his position as group leader to Kamaru Usman, in March 2019, the North American suffered his second consecutive defeat in the match against Gilbert Durinho, in May. Until the setback for the Brazilian, Tyron had never missed two commitments in a row.
Motivated by the desire to fight for the title again, Covington, who was beaten by the current champion in a battle on the UFC 245, in December last year, needs to go through Woodley, if he wants to regain his status as a challenger. Former interim champion of the category, the North American is now number two in the division.
