After signing a contract with Taura MMA, Renan Barao He already has a date, location and opponent for his debut fight. Former UFC bantamweight champion (up to 61,2 kg), the Brazilian will face Bobby Moffett on November 21, in Atlantic City (USA). The information was released by 'Combate'.

While Barão had a successful career within the UFC, the American ended up being unsuccessful during his time in the organization. Discovered by 'Dana White's Contender Series', Bobby officially debuted for the company in November 2018, against Chas Skelly, in a fight that ended 'no result'. After his debut, there were two more commitments, with two setbacks, which resulted in the athlete being released in 2019.
Even with a negative recent record, Renan arrives at Taura as one of the company's biggest signings in future events. Without fighting since November 2019, the 33-year-old Brazilian recently left the United States and will prepare in Natal (RN), with the support of 'Pitbull Brothers'.
