In the fight, the Russian ended up being negatively marked. At first, Roman delivered a series of illegal knees to the Brazilian's genital region. After the action, Bogatov was merely reprimanded by the referee, but an illegal knee to the head connected to Santos ended up earning a negative point for the Rio native's opponent and almost cost the fight to Léo, who decided to continue the fight even though he was visibly stunned.
