Since the beginning of the year, Tyson's fans have been excited about the possibility of seeing their idol back in action after more than 15 years of retirement. Mike stirred the media by releasing training images in which he appeared practicing the gauntlet and showing great agility for a veteran of the sport.
After months of suspense, confirmation: the former world boxing champion would return to fighting in a friendly challenge against the iconic Roy Jones Jr.
The meeting had been confirmed for September 12, in Los Angeles (USA). The postponement, however, according to 'The Ring', brings the possibility of making more profit from the sale of pay-per-view, in addition to promoting more anti-doping tests so that there are no risks for the two athletes, who are already over 50 years.
While the date doesn't arrive, Tyson continues training with the renowned Brazilian coach, Rafael Cordeiro.
